All items sold are original, artist-designed, and many are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities. Due to the artistic nature of our work:

  • Product images are representative but may appear different depending on screen settings

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Return Policy – All Sales Final

NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS

Due to the unique and artistic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Fit, preference, or subjective dissatisfaction

  • Accidental orders

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Limited Exceptions)

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at: art@claudiaapaid.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors once the item has shipped.

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Claudia Apaid Fine Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
